Overview

Organizations or group of companies have large or small number of employees working in progress of company and growth. There is requirement for software to manage this information easily and get statistics. The people working in HR department of organization are not technical therefore complex software applications will be difficult to understand and manage. The hrms application is simple and easy to understands.

HRMS package is collection interrelated modules to perform hr management tasks.
These modules helps to store information related employee and related modules in organize way and get statistics based on different criteria.

Each module store group of related information using tabs. The more number of fields can be added or removed easily inside modules tabs. Different dashboard reports can be created other than existing using data in different module as per requirement of the organization.

The available dashboard reports are in bar chart, column chart and pie charts.
The HRMS application is simple to understand and easy in reasonable price. The application can be updated or modified as per requirement of the organization since all organization are different and can require existing modules features and additional features.

Organization

This module helps to store information related to organization in 3 tabs like basic information, business and address information.
This module helps to create single organization or multiple organizations with relationship with module employees.
Group of companies consists of multiple sister companies inside group. All these companies have group of employee.
For example Group1 has sister companies like company1, company2 etc. So we can add company1 and company2 and associate employees of different companies.

Based on information entered in this module below dashboard graphical reports created using bar chart and column chart.

Employee Information

This module store employee related information in two categories as basic and job information.
This module has relationship with different modules in HRMS package. The relationship creates association between employee module and related module records. For example Employee=>Documents relationship helps to add document related to employee in Documents module and helps to find easily all associated documents of employee.

Same way other module helps to create records and association with employee for example Shifts, Appraisal, Claim, Birthday, Confirmation, Leaves Summary,Performance,Employee Time sheet,Payroll,Resignation Retirement, Rewards & Recognition,Termination Layoff etc

Based on information entered in this module below dashboard graphical reports created using bar chart, column chart and pie charts.

Employees by Department
Employees by Qualification
Employees by Gender
Employees by Job Location
Employees by Nationality

Employee Confirmation

This module takes more details information about employee related to employee confirmation in categories basic, family information, emergency contact, and passport and visa information.
Same like employee information module, this module has relationship with Documents module and employee module.

Employee Performance

Similar to above mention modules, this module takes information related employee performance using different tabs and have relationship with employee and other modules required.

Employees Performance Status

Following list of modules as mention in overview above store information in different tabs in organize way related to different tasks of hr management and get statistics of information in graphical charts.
The fields in tabs of different modules can be updated; new fields can be added or removed.
Also new modules and relationship between modules can be created easily in SugarCRM, vTigerCRM and Open bravo ERP.

These modules as per names store information and have relationship with other modules. This helps to associate modules and records for easy tracking. For example we can find documents, leaves, rewards, performance for each employee. Jobs and candidates associated with job.
