In PrestaShop, you can configure and use SMTP settings for sending emails by following these steps:
Log in to the back office of your PrestaShop site.
Go to the “Advanced Parameters” menu, and then select “Email” from the sub-menu.
In the “Email” section, you will see a “Use SMTP Server for Email” option. Check this box to enable SMTP for your emails.
Below the checkbox, you will see fields for entering the SMTP server information, including the server address, port, encryption method, and login credentials. Fill in this information with the SMTP server details provided by your email service provider.
Click the “Test your email configuration” button to check the connection, if the test is successful you will receive an email to the recipient you put in the test fields.
After you have successfully configured your SMTP settings, you can use it to send emails from your PrestaShop site.
Note: Make sure your hosting provider allows you to send email via SMTP if you are using shared hosting.
Also, make sure that the email address used as the “From” address in your SMTP settings is the same email address that you have verified with your email service provider.
